Times In Japan

I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people, and over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build friendships across the world — from Bangladesh to Japan, and now in the United States. Moving to the U.S. was a big leap. I came here alone, knowing no one on the entire continent, and the cultural shift was intense. But with time, I adapted and built deep, meaningful relationships that I truly value.

Times In The US

I think the transition wasn’t overwhelming because I’ve developed a strong ability to connect with people — not just talk to them. That connection has helped me grow personally and professionally, especially in team environments where I thrive. Soccer played a huge role in shaping who I am. It gave me purpose, discipline, and direction at a time when I didn’t have much of that. It’s also been a big part of my 60-pound weight loss journey, which I share on my YouTube channel which is linked on the main page on this website too. Soccer didn’t just change my fitness — it changed my mindset. Check out my MOST FAMOUS VIDEO!

Work

Recently, I earned my CompTIA CySA+ certification — one of the toughest challenges I've faced so far in cybersecurity. Preparing for it took a lot out of me. It wasn't just memorization; it demanded deeper analysis, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to think like an analyst in real-world scenarios. There were times I felt exhausted and even doubted myself, but I pushed through because I knew every struggle meant growth. Passing CySA+ was more than a credential — it was proof that I could stay disciplined, adapt under pressure, and keep moving forward.

Before CySA+, I had already earned my Security+ certification. At first, I thought it would be overwhelming, but once I shifted my mindset from “studying to pass” to “studying to learn,” everything clicked. Security+ gave me the foundation to understand how threat analysis, network security, and risk management connect — and it sparked a deeper curiosity about how systems are secured end to end.

At the same time, I was working with the Housing IT Services team at USF, supporting both staff and residents. From troubleshooting hardware to solving network issues, I learned that technical skills alone aren't enough — patience, empathy, and clear communication make all the difference. That balance of technical ability and human connection is what I carry into every role.

Letter of Recommendation

One of my proudest moments from that job was receiving a letter of recommendation from my supervisor. It recognized not only my technical problem-solving but also my teamwork and dedication. To me, that letter symbolized how my certifications and hands-on experience came together to shape who I am as a cybersecurity professional.
